Counterbore Frame Construction - Built from architectural T-Slot extrusion which is counterbored and connected with zinc fasteners. Contours in the T-Slot extrusion create pressure on the joints maintaining secure connections and eliminating vibration. The versatility of the frame allows for easy modification of the table length and bed height as well as easy mounting of additional equipment, jigs and fixtures.

Drive System - Powered by Nema 34, 600 oz/in motors and a dual drive Y axis. Both the X and Y axis motors have PAEI XL series 2.5:1 gearboxes to increase positional accuracy and minimize sound and vibration. The PAEI gearbox is fully enclosed to eliminate dust and has a 1/2" drive shaft mounted between two shielded bearings. The attached pinion gear travels along precision ground 1/2" rack.

Linear Guideways - Incorporating the HG series of linear guideways, which are rated for heavy and super heavy use found on machines costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. The HG series is designed for long life with high speed, high accuracy and smooth linear motion.

Z-axis - Combining a set of linear guideways and a Precision Acme Screw with anti-backlash nut for strength and accuracy. In addition, the Z-axis has 7 inches of travel and cut height. The tool mounting plate comes prefabricated with three settings to allow for a variety of cutting options.

Electronics - The PAEI control box provides a single integrated source for all of the Series 110 electronic components with 1600 watts of power. The box is double fused with four drives (expandable to six) and 4 user programmable relays including 3 switching relays and one 120 volt power out relay. Standard features include independent Z-axis control and a 24 Volt DC output.
